Product Manager - Fintech, SaaS & Sustainability
I build and ship user-centric products. I've worked across fintech platforms, SaaS tools, and sustainability tech - from user research and roadmapping to taking a product from zero to launch. I bring structure to ambiguity and make sure what gets built actually solves the problem.
I trained as a chemical engineer - my Master's was in Chemical Process Technology at Gdansk University of Technology. That background taught me to think in systems: decompose complexity, analyze root causes, and optimize for outcomes. It's the same lens I bring to product work.
I moved into tech through business analysis at Nestlé and smart cities consulting at IrRADIARE, then spent 2.5 years at Clockworx as Product Marketing Manager - running client roadmaps, conducting user interviews, leading marketing campaigns, and improving internal processes. At Alviere, I spent another 2.5 years as Product Data Manager on a microservice-based fintech platform for global payments and branded cards - leading a platform reskin, building a compliance tool, and setting up role-based access controls. In 2024, I co-founded Emmy, a CO2 calculator for Dutch farmers, taking it from idea to a working product with a carbon credit trading feature. Most recently at COCUS, I worked as Senior Product Manager on a microservices migration and digital transformation of finance workflows.
I work at the intersection of user research, business requirements, and technical execution. I'm comfortable running discovery interviews, writing specs, aligning stakeholders, and working closely with engineering and design. I value clarity over process and outcomes over output.
I'm currently looking for product roles where I can own a roadmap, be close to users, and ship work that makes a measurable difference.

Whether you need a product manager to own a roadmap, someone to set up discovery and research practices, or hands-on help shipping features - here's what I can take on.
The situation: You need someone to own a product area - define priorities, write requirements, work with engineering and design, and make sure what ships actually moves the metrics that matter.
What I do:
Track record: Managed product at a fintech SaaS platform for 2.5 years (Alviere). Led product for a microservices migration at COCUS. Built roadmaps for clients at Clockworx.
The situation: Your team is building based on assumptions or stakeholder opinions. You need someone to talk to users, map their journeys, and turn findings into prioritized opportunities.
What I do:
Track record: Ran user interviews at Clockworx and Alviere that directly shaped product and design decisions. Built Emmy's V1 based on direct farmer research.
The situation: Manual workflows, inefficient handoffs, or legacy processes are slowing your team down. You need someone to audit what's broken and design something better.
What I do:
Track record: Ran workflow audits at Clockworx that led to company-wide process improvements. Modernized finance workflows at COCUS. Built automation for release notes and event registration.
The situation: You have data but no one turning it into product decisions. You need someone who can query databases, analyze user behavior, and translate numbers into action.
What I do:
Track record: Data analysis at Semapa and Nestlé. Hands-on with SQL, Python (Pandas), and R (ggplot). Elasticsearch experience at Alviere.
Alviere - Embedded finance platform ($70M funded) enabling enterprises to offer payments, branded cards, and cross-border remittances across 100+ countries. Offices in Denver, Lisbon, London, and New York.
Alviere's HIVE platform - serving enterprise clients for global payments, branded cards, and cross-border remittances - had an inconsistent UI, no design system, fragmented user permissions, and no dedicated compliance tooling. Support ticket volume was rising and onboarding was painful for a product handling complex financial flows.
Led the platform reskin with the design team, resulting in a design system adopted company-wide. Strengthened user access control with role-based permissions. Built a dedicated compliance management tool for the compliance team. Ran user workshops and created training resources to improve adoption. Transitioned customer support to a more efficient IVR system.
In a regulated fintech environment, user-facing improvements and compliance tooling need to move in lockstep. Building the compliance tool alongside the reskin meant the compliance team didn't get left behind when the product evolved - and it taught me that internal tools deserve the same product rigor as customer-facing ones.
Emmy - Digital CO2 calculator built for Dutch farmers to track carbon emissions and trade credits, helping them avoid regulatory fines under EU carbon credit limits.
Farmers in the Netherlands face regulatory fines for exceeding carbon credit limits, but had no accessible tool to track and manage their CO2 emissions. Existing farm management systems didn't provide carbon-specific insights or actionable guidance.
Co-founded Emmy and drove the product from concept to launch over 7 months. V1 integrated with existing farm management systems to provide weekly/monthly carbon tracking and educational insights. V2 added a peer-to-peer carbon credit trading feature so farmers could exchange credits among themselves.
Building for a non-technical user base taught me that education has to come before functionality. V1 focused on making carbon data understandable before V2 added the trading marketplace. If users don't understand what they're looking at, more features just add confusion. Starting with education-first onboarding was the right call.
COCUS - IT solutions and digital transformation company (Dusseldorf & Porto) serving DAX and Fortune 500 clients. Specializes in 5G, IoT, software development, and AI solutions. ISO 27001 certified.
COCUS needed to migrate to a microservices architecture to improve system scalability for its growing enterprise client base, while also modernizing internal finance workflows that were creating bottlenecks in operations.
Led the product side of the microservices migration, collaborating with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams. Prioritized new features aimed at revenue growth and improved user experience. Drove digital transformation initiatives for finance workflows.
Architecture migrations are as much a communication challenge as a technical one. The product side of this work was about surfacing dependencies early, keeping stakeholders honest about what was committed vs. aspirational, and making sure feature work didn't get blocked by infrastructure changes. Proactive dependency tracking made the difference.
Clockworx - Business orchestration and automation platform for machinery, automotive, and industrial sectors. Integrates with existing applications to aggregate data flows without re-engineering business processes. Based in Lisbon.
Clockworx, a startup building business orchestration software for complex multi-stage industrial environments, needed to improve its core product, manage client relationships, and run marketing - with a small team where everyone wore multiple hats.
Created and groomed client roadmaps. Conducted customer interviews to identify pain points. Ran workflow audits and process modeling (BPMN) to propose improvements. Led marketing campaigns end-to-end. Served as single point of contact for a key client. Built a release note automation system and a bespoke event registration platform.
Working at a startup where you're responsible for product, marketing, and client relationships at once taught me that the fastest path to product insight is through direct client contact. Being the single point of contact for a key client meant I heard their frustrations in real time - not filtered through a support team. That closeness made prioritization decisions much clearer.
Finding the right problem before building the solution.
Turning business goals into a focused product direction.
Hands-on with data. No waiting for someone else to pull numbers.
Collaborating with design, not handing off briefs.
Shipping on time with the right scope.
Deep experience in regulated and technical industries.
The principles I apply - from discovery to launch.
My Master's in Chemical Process Technology trained me to think in systems - decompose problems, analyze root causes, and design processes that work. That's a different starting point than most people in product, and it shows in how I approach requirements and technical conversations.
Co-founding Emmy gave me the experience of taking a product from zero to launch: finding the problem, validating it, defining the MVP, building it, and iterating. I've felt the pressure of shipping with limited resources and a real deadline.
Fintech (Alviere), SaaS platforms (Clockworx), sustainability (Emmy), enterprise operations (Nestlé), smart cities (IrRADIARE). I've seen how different industries approach similar problems, and that breadth helps me spot patterns and avoid reinventing the wheel.
I write SQL, analyze data in Python and R, and have worked with Elasticsearch. I can pull my own numbers, build my own analyses, and ground product decisions in actual data rather than waiting for someone else to do it.
Native Polish, fluent English, working Portuguese, basic German. I've worked across countries (Poland, Portugal, Spain, Netherlands) and am comfortable collaborating with distributed, international teams.
I can run discovery interviews, write specs, create roadmaps, align stakeholders, and work with engineering through to launch. I don't specialize in just one part of the product lifecycle - I'm useful end to end.
I'm looking for product roles where I can own a roadmap, stay close to users, and work with a team that cares about shipping the right things. If you're hiring for product management, user research, or process improvement - I'd like to hear about it.
